Unity uses state of the art technical solutions to enhance our personnel on all client operations. Our operators are handpicked and individually screened for suitability. International staff are only drawn from highly qualified law enforcement, special forces and military backgrounds. All staff, regardless of background are inducted via a comprehensive training and assessment package. Unity trains all its operators at its in country training facility in Baghdad .
